Arrivée chez Legend d’une Norton 650 SS (Sport Special), moteur refait à neuf par le Sorcier…
Superbe état, excellent comportement routier, historique limpide, une machine particulièrement rapide et efficace.
D’après Norton, ce modèle pouvait accrocher un bon 180 km/h ! On ira pas le vérifier, et surtout pas avec un moteur en rodage…
Une moto d’origine avec ses options d’époque, compteur mis à part, et notamment sa selle “hump” (avec dosseret) particulièrement confortable.
Le compte-tours lui est encore en réfection et sera bientôt remonté sur sa platine.

We just received this Norton 650 SS (Sport Special), with an engine brung back to like-new condition by “the” specialist…
It’s in stunning state and has a perfect handling, a damn fast and reliable machine which comes with a crystal clear history.
According to Norton, this model can easily do the ton! But we won’t try to check the specs, especially with an engine in its break-in period…
This motorcycle is in original state with just the options which were proposed at the time (except the speedometer), including the “hump” seat particularly comfortable.
The tachometer, currently in restoration, will soon be fastened back on its bracket.
