Les véhicules anciens interdits à Paris dès le 1er juillet 2016, on n’y échappera pas, mais on peut aussi trouver ce genre d’alternative et conserver le sentiment de rouler différent.

Particulièrement élégante, entièrement construite à la main avec l’aide des meilleurs artisans italiens, fidèle à ce qui se faisait au début du siècle dernier, à l’époque où le cuir pleine fleur côtoyait les pièces nickelées et où le réservoir entre-tubes était la norme.
Cette Sterling “59” a été co-dessinée par Fabio Cardoni & Christophe Bodelot.
Selle cuir, réservoir aluminium, peinture réalisée à la main, ensemble des pièces nickelées, boulonnerie et visserie en laiton, inox, câbles gaînés de cuir et fils électriques de coton, moteur 250cc assemblé chez The Black Douglas Motorcycles Co. à Milan.
Rien n’aura été laissé au hasard pour construire et homologuer cette superbe machine.
D’une fiabilité et d’une efficacité redoutables, cette Sterling “59” se faufile partout, se parque dans un mouchoir de poche, et avale les kilomètres sans broncher.
Elle vient de boucler un Milan-Lille, avec 7 autres de ses petites sœurs, puis un Lille-Bristol en passant par Londres, 6 jours entre montagnes, nationales, départementales et autoroutes.
La tenue de route et le confort ont été largement éprouvés au cours de ce périple, mais la Sterling est plus qu’une moto, elle est comme un copain avec qui vous aurez envie de passer tout votre temps, que ce soit pour des virées le week-end ou la semaine pour aller au boulot.

Legend est officiellement distributeur exclusif de la marque dans l’Hexagone.
Toute la gamme peut maintenant vous être proposée, de la 125 à la 250 et bientôt la 350cc (actuellement à l’étude), mais aussi cette édition spécifique, baptisée Sterling “59” en hommage au célèbre club londonien, et limitée à 5 exemplaires seulement !

Older vehicles prohibited in Paris on 1 July 2016, something we can’t go round, but we can find this kind of alternative and keep the feeling of riding different.

Particularly elegant, built entirely by hand with the help of the best Italian craftmen, true to what was done at the beginning of last century, at a time when strapped tanks, full-grain leather and nickel-plated steel were standard.
This Sterling “59” was co-designed by Fabio Cardoni & Christophe Bodelot.
Leather seat, aluminum tank, paint handmade, all metal parts nickel-plated, bolts and screws in brass, stainless steel, cables wrapped in leather and electrical wire covered in cotton, 250cc engine assembled by The Black Douglas Motorcycles Co. in Milan.
Nothing has been spared to build this superb machine and get it approved.
Reliable and efficient, the Sterling “59” goes everywhere, can easily be parked in the smallest places, and swallows up the miles without any difficulty.
It has just completed a Milan-Lille, with seven other of its little sisters, and then a Lille-Bristol via London, 6 days between mountains, highways, small and main roads.
Handling and comfort have been extensively tested during this trip, but the Sterling is more than a motorcycle, it’s like a buddy with whom you’ll want to spend all your time, be it for a ride on the week-end or commute on working days.

Legend is officially exclusive distributor of the brand in France.
The entire range can now be offered to you, from 125 to 250 and soon 350cc (currently under study), but also this specific edition, called Sterling “59” as a tribute to the famous London club, and limited to only 5 copies!
